Right of withdrawal
The Client has the right to withdraw from this contract within a period of 30 calendar days without the need for justification.
The withdrawal period will expire 30 calendar days from the day on which the Client or a third party indicated by him, other than the carrier, acquired material possession of the goods or in the event that the goods that make up his order are delivered separately, to 30 calendar days from the day on which the Client or a third party indicated by him, other than the carrier, acquired material possession of the last of those goods.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision to withdraw from the contract through an unequivocal statement by email pedidos@ogofurniture.com
The Client must return the purchased products to us without any undue delay and, in any case, no later than 14 calendar days from the date on which they communicate their decision to withdraw from the contract. The deadline will be considered met if you return the goods before said deadline has expired.
2. Shipping conditions
The Client is responsible for verifying the number of packages received, their condition and signing their agreement or not with the delivery, having examined the merchandise it’s necessary to check the item and if it is damaged, don’t receive it or sign the delivery note; it is not valid to leave notes or indicate pending review. For the purposes of these Conditions, it will be understood that the delivery has occurred at the moment in which the Client or a third party indicated by him acquires material possession of the products, which will be accredited by signing the receipt of the order in the form agreed.
In the case of damage or non-visible defects, the claim period is 7 days from delivery. The Client must present a descriptive writing and, where appropriate, photographs of any damage or incident that they perceive. The claim can be made through by sending the documentation via email to the address pedidos@ogofurniture.com. In all cases, claims must include the information described for study. After this period, the product will be considered to have arrived in perfect condition.
3. Legal Warranty
The User has a three-year warranty period from the delivery of the product. This warranty does not include deficiencies caused by negligence, blows, use, or improper manipulations by the User. Unless proven otherwise, it will be presumed that any lack of conformity that manifests in the 2 years after delivery of the product already existed when the item was delivered.
To exercise this warranty, please contact us to arrange the return of the item(s) to our workshop for assessment. Should the damage result from manufacturing defects or material imperfections, OGO Furniture will cover all logistical costs and proceed, at your preference, with either a replacement or a full refund.
If the assessment concludes that the damage is due to negligence, impact, or improper handling, the User may arrange for the collection of the item at their own expense. In such cases, the right to a refund or replacement shall not apply.
